  • Description

Once you’ve finished a beautiful quilt top, what comes next? Let us help you complete your masterpiece and give it the finishing touch it deserves. Just send your beautiful quilt top to our machine quilting professionals and they’ll send it back to you, perfectly finished and ready to snuggle.

To get started, choose between our Value or Priority service to get a basic edge to edge (E2E) pattern done on your quilt. Complete the order form below, then put your quilt top in the mail to us (you pay the postage to ship it to us, please insure your package). Once we receive your quilt in Hamilton, MO, we will quilt it with 80/20 batting (standard at no additional cost to you) and then ship it back to you ($5 dollar flat rate shipping you pay when you order covers this).

Be sure to provide your contact information (including phone number!) so we can contact you if we have any questions to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your finished quilt.
We are only able to ship your quilt via uninsured mail carrier services like FedEx SmartPost instead of FedEx Ground if you use a P.O. Box as your shipping address.
1
Measure your Quilt

Measure your quilt and enter in the width times the height in the form below (you will see the price change once you have entered them).

2
Pick your Pattern

Pick your pattern from one of the patterns below. Use the drop-down menu to browse by theme, then select the pattern you want by clicking the radio button to the left of it. These are standard E2E patterns that will be done in an all over fashion.

3
Choose your Thread

Pick your thread color, or if you trust our judgement, let us choose (we have more than what's there, also you can give us some guidance in the comments/instructions box).

4
Choose your Binding

Choose your binding option. When we return a quilt to you, we will trim it for you, but binding is NOT provided by default. If you would like us to bind your quilt, choose the option and include the needed fabric to bind (normally there is enough left over from the backing).

5
Pick your Backing

Pick your backing option. If you are ordering your backing from us, check this option and we'll hold it off your order (tell us in the instructions box which fabric you'd like us to use). Or if you'll be sending in your own with your quilt top, check that box. Take a look at our backing section for the options we have.

6
Stitching

If you are using standard width fabric (44-45") instead of specified wide backing, you will need to stitch the fabric together. If you'd rather have us take care of it for you, we can do that too.

7
Leave your Comments
A quilt is a lot of work, and we want this to turn out right for you. Give us your comments or instructions to help us understand what you want.
***IMPORTANT SMALL PRINT***
We cannot promise perfection, we are human. While some things may not turn out the way you have pictured in your mind, we have finished quilts for thousands of happy customers. However, keep in mind that by sending your quilt to us, you are trusting us to do the best we can; if your quilt turns out anything but perfect we will try our hardest to make it right, but cannot be held responsible for misunderstandings of what you had in mind and what we actually provided. Also, in the thousands of quilts we've done, I've seen once or twice where there has been a mistake (a needle snagged once and caught the fabric making a minor tear, also sometimes the quilt isn't square or the borders don't lay flat and we are forced to deal with the minor ruffle at the bottom of the quilt as we finish it). When you send your quilt to us, you acknowledge that this is the case, things don't always turn out perfect, and things may not come back the way you had intended.
That being said, you can ask any of our customers, we are the best in the business when it comes to quilting your quilt, and have had the privilege of making thousands of you very, very happy (once you try us, please leave a review for everyone else to read).
